This document sets out the Terms and Conditions for Fig Pilates (www.figpilates.co.uk). By using our website, creating an account, or attending our studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

Fig Pilates Terms and Conditions

1. Account Registration and Personal Information

By creating an account with Fig Pilates, you agree to the following:

  • Accuracy: You will provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of your account details (including contact information and emergency contact details) at all times.

  • Personal Use: Your account is for your personal use only. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to use your account to book or attend classes.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Studio Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive experience for all members, we require that:

  • Respect: You conduct yourself respectfully towards Fig Pilates staff, instructors, and fellow clients at all times. Harassment, intimidation, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Guidance & Safety: You follow all studio guidance, safety instructions provided by instructors, and rules regarding class participation.

  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time. For your safety and to avoid disrupting the class, late entries may be refused at the instructor's discretion.

  • Termination: Fig Pilates reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where terms are repeatedly breached or where behavior is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings: All classes must be booked and paid for in advance via our website or booking app.

  • Cancellations: We operate a strict [e.g., 24-hour] cancellation policy. If you cancel within this window, the class credit will be forfeited.

  • Waitlists: If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email/text.

4. Referral Program

Each Fig Pilates member has a personal referral link that can be shared to obtain rewards.

  • The Reward: Referring members receive £10.00 for each successful referral.

  • The Discount: Referred members (new clients only) receive a 20% discount on their first basket.

  • Conditions for Referral:

    • The referral program applies only to new members of the studio.

    • The referred member must use the shared link to create their account.

    • The 20% discount applies if the referred member's first basket is greater than £0.00 and is purchased within 1 month of registration.

  • Conditions for Reward:

    • The referring member receives the £10.00 reward only after the referred member makes their first purchase (excluding subscriptions) in accordance with these terms.

    • The reward is automatically applied to the referring member's next basket(s).

    • There are no time or minimum spend conditions for the application of the reward. It can be applied in several installments if the basket total is less than the reward balance.

  • Limits: The referral reward can be obtained a maximum of 10 times per member.

5. Health and Physical Activity

  • Liability Waiver: By participating in classes at Fig Pilates, you acknowledge that Pilates involves physical exertion and carries an inherent risk of injury. You voluntarily assume these risks.

  • Medical Disclosure: You must inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or if you are pregnant before the start of every class.

  • Consultation: We recommend consulting a physician before starting a new exercise regime.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • Refunds: All class packs and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by management.

  • Price Changes: Fig Pilates reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, notice will be provided for any changes to recurring subscriptions.

7. Website Use and Data Privacy

  • Privacy: Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations. We use your data to manage your bookings and provide studio updates.

  • Intellectual Property: All content on www.figpilates.co.uk, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Fig Pilates.

8. Changes to Terms

Fig Pilates reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or via a notice on our website.
